Thank you for shopping with Kaakshi. We take great pride in offering high-quality jewellery and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your product, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
By placing an order on www.kaakshi.com, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, certificates, and accessories (if any).
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items such as customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Engraved or personalized items
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items purchased under clearance or final-sale sections
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Return Process
Step 1: Raise a Return Request
Email us at info@kaakshi.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Unboxing video or photographs (mandatory for damage claims)
Step 2: Approval & Pickup
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address or ask you to send the product to our return center.
Step 3: Inspection
After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 2–4 business days.
Step 4: Refund / Exchange
If approved:
- Refund or exchange will be processed as per your choice.
- If rejected due to wear, damage, or missing items, the product will be returned to you.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed through the original payment method:
- Online Payments (UPI/Net Banking/Card): 5–7 business days
- Wallet or Store Credit Refund: Instant after approval
- COD Orders: Refund processed to bank account after verification
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. You may exchange your product for:
- A different size (if applicable)
- A different design
- Store credit equivalent to the value of the returned product
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the issue clearly. This is mandatory for verification.
We will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipping
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. You may return the product after delivery following our return process.
Customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
- For other return reasons (e.g., dislike, size issue), a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
9. Important Notes
- Products must pass quality checks to be eligible for a refund.
- Refund amount may exclude shipping charges for certain return reasons.
- Items showing signs of wear or misuse will not be accepted.
- Kaakshi reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions.
